Afternoon all, just wondered if anybody could tell me what Mk5 sleeper 15340 is allocated to tonight (if anything)? It's my last one and I'll be near Euston this evening so would be great if it was on one of the northbound sleepers. Thanks, Chris

11035 has been out of use for a very long time, certainly the last couple of years. I'd like to know where it is as it's my last set. I haven't seen 11089 since about early Sep last year so that's another one that's looking like a long term out of use set too. Sorry that's not really any help...

Hi all, Just wondered if anybody knows of a good vantage point to view the West Midlands Metro depot at Wednesbury? There doesn't look to be a very good view of the tram parking area from anywhere on Google Maps other than the large wooded area just to the south but I assume this is private...

Not a request but according to Intertube, Jubilee pair 96111 + 96112 were out working today. These have been out of use for quite some time and not been noted working (to my knowledge) since October 2022. Typical as 96111 is one of my last three and I travelled back from London to North Lincs...

I'd be interested to find out what exactly is going on as far as the Wimbledon work is concerned, would be great if I could catch the engineers trains running back to Ruislip.

2x Typhoons Wolf11 & Wolf12 over West London right now, military exercise at Heathrow tonight.

They change the locos quite regularly and use them for shunting aroind the depot too. If you have time get off the tube at Ruislip Gardens and walk up the road towards the depot entrance, you can normally identify quite a few of them through the wire fence just before the security office.

I saw the 5-car RAT that does the western end yesterday, leaves Ruislip just before 10am.
