Hi gazkick....NR are big on the non technical skills to say the least. My advice would be to really hit on these in relation to your previous experiences in working life. Look it up on the web and you can find more about the non technical skills. The recruitment process is a mine field and very lengthy but, defo worth the effort for the reward at the end.
