I have had the same email last week after completing the second assessment. Haven’t heard anything else since. I think it’s pretty much a luck of the draw scenario unfortunately.

Has anyone started training for Maidenhead yet? I called before the new year but there seems to be no timescale for training? Just sitting in the talent pool....

How long did you wait for the training position? I have just this morning been told I made it through the DMI and have been placed in a talent pool

Maidenhead, but I don't think they are in a rush to get drivers trained up yet... There was mention of a talent pool if successful.
