They are always recruiting, problem is that for each vacancy 1000s apply. It's extremely sought after, so any application you do is pot luck. If you do get invited for testing you can probably expect to be put in a talent pool for a few months. As an example virgin recruited 1 oct 16, today...

No because an aptitude test is something completely different to an exam. What you pass one time, you could fail the next day

If you have the right attributes then you will easily pass the test in this case. :lol:
