I was quite disappointed there was no cafe. In the original flythrough video there was a nice space labelled "additional waiting and cafe space" but seems to be just closed off for some NHS thing I can't quite remember.

I said, I have an nTrain Zones 1-4 season ticket (annual). Marston Green is the last station in zone 4 before Birmingham International hence can be the extra ticket needed to get to Birmingham International.

The 170/153 diagram doesn't exist any more, I forget the order but it use to start around lunchtime and go once to Whitlock's and Dorridge - this is back when we had trains to Great Malvern from Snow Hill. Worcester-Whitlock's and Worcester-Dorridge currently run fully self contained diagrams...

When I was commuting to University there were certainly more checks on the Cross City line than the Snow Hill lines, probably about 4...
It's not uncommon for Stratford trains to be ~10 minutes late across the day with tight turnrounds at both Stratford (via Shirley) & Kidderminster, however I believe today's issues were a track fault around Kidderminster?
