The refurbishment of the class 319 is appalling and why strip the third rail traction from the undercarriage when they could operate partially on the merseyside network at the Birkenhead junction which ATW use because that can create profit for the network ..

If southeastern use their 375 on athe Thameslink route then it will benefit of the replacement of the 319

375/6 fleet is useless to Thameslink as they require guards due to driver not being able to look out from the cab at platform equipment and no DOO cameras on the units whic would be expensive to retrofit.
