  • Hi
I hope you don't mind me contacting you,
After reading some of your answers on the forum its seems you are the man to ask.
Im a 40 + yrs mechanic who's looking for a career change. I'm very lucky to have been invited to an assessment day on Wednesday for a Trainee Conductor at Chester at the first time of applying.
Can you help me in what I am likely to face on the day.
I have had an email to say there will be a discussion, some tests and role play ( what's this about)
Can you give me any information on what shifts they work and what routes do they sign for and anything else you may find relevant.
I haven't had an interview for over 20 years so what can i expect
Once again i hope you don't mind me contacting you and i appreciate any help you can give
    Kind Regards
    Dave
