    A career as a signaller

Hi Signallers, Just a quick question. When I joined a couple of years ago the first stage was Verbal and Numerical reasoning. Looking at the website it now says Virtual ability assessment. Is there anyone that has applied recently that can tell me whether or not this is different to the...

It would be a shame to lose you guys. From a personal perspective you, LOM, nom, High Dyke and the countless other experienced members of this thread provide a real insight and this has been extremely beneficial, not only for me but countless others. Just out of curiosity LOM does it say on your contract where you are being employed or is it a generic contract that says you are being taken on as a signaller?

    A career as a signaller

Hi Macca, this process looks like it will go along the same lines as the previous mass recruitment for north/east. What I mean is that you don't actually answer the 69 questions there are only about 8 and two of them are asking you about location. It might be worth you starting the application...

Not sure, but as part of the process you select the locations that you wish to be considered for. The application also states that you must live within 60 minutes of the location/s that you are applying for.

That makes three of us for that area that have had the same experience. Does your application status still say assessment 2 complete? Will let you know if I hear anything.

That's what I am hoping. Hopefully they will recruit for that area in a couple of months.
