Would it be ok to pick your brain on the whole process you've been through so far? I'm very keen to join Southern and attended an assessment back in September but unfortunately didn't pass it. Messed up the lift exercise due to a misunderstanding so didn't make it to the afternoon session. Any info on what to expect on assessment day after the first session would be helpful and any info on your successful interviews. Congratulations on getting to the medical stage, looks like you're nearly there.
I intend to apply again as soon as possible (6 months are up this month). All the best and good luck with your medical. James
