I applied Feb passed all assesments and failed at interview (DMI) in june....think all positions are full now though so could be waiting for next intake unfortunately.

I've had feedback.....I needed to give more detail when answering questions to allow panel to award me higher scores.....answers lacked expansion. All taken on board fir future reference.

I applied feb and passed all all tests first time......but then got turned down after my DMI 2 weeks ago.....not heard of anyone else having interview after me and after what I heard while in the WMT offices I think all positions have been filled for this round of recruitment.

Fingers crossed.....I had a reply today detailing where I went wrong....some bits I can agree with but others maybe not so.....then again I can't actually remember it I've deleted it from my memory.

I emailed them and they replied saying they will get it from the interview team and get back to me asap. Not holding my breath though.

I applied 14th Feb and got turned down after my DMI last thursday.....never took assessments before so 4 months from application to interview but I now wish I'd had more time to prepare for interview as only found out about it tuesday night and it was thursday morning.

I will mate....applied for conductor job and done online assessment last night. Might be a bit late but you never know.

Congrats mate.....I'm slowly coming to terms with not getting in but I'll wait until the next time whenever that may be......just for the record I was told there was starting dates 7th July. 12th August.......September and October starts.

Are the conductor assessments the same as what I've already passed? It asks if I have taken the conductor assessments in the last 3 years on a conductor application form.

It says on my email I can't re apply for 6 months....I'm assuming that's for the driver role. Seriously thinking about my next step as I'm a little lost as sort thought I'd got in lol.

I'm just saying what I heard.....wish they'd just of told me if that was the case. Unlucky to be at the back of the queue for an interview I suppose. Never mind onwards and upwards. Does anyone know if it's just driver jobs I can't apply for in 6 months with WMT? Theres a trainee conductor job...

Just looked at DB cargo trainee/junior and it says you need a Grade C or above in GCSE MATHS and ENGLISH........that's me out then lol
