My MMI you had to write down 6 situation's regarding previous experience in certain areas. After during the interview they would question you on your answers for more depth. The driver interview was more relaxed but needed far more depth as you are up against people within the company/industry. Most people think they have got due to it going well and the way they react but be warned.
