She was a cross lady. Going back this afternoon on the 4:30 ferry. I haven't spoken to him since the assessment just texted a few times he has his own interview for a letting agency on Friday so his mind is a little preoccupied I will have to give him some pointers later but depending on whether I pass my own or not will decide whether he listens.

Don't envy them one bit!!! To be honest I'm still shell shocked when she walked in and said you all passed! Agree on the female bit but it was an observation she made and guess she gets to see lots of groups perhaps who don't gel well. Andy came out bit shaken after his MMI. Neil was cool as a cucumber. Obviously never saw Luke come out but you seemed calm and collected. I was just shocked how quick it was and also how human she was and thought right let's get home!!! Either way I'd like to be out of my misery before the weekend!!! COME ON SIMON AND DEBBIE!!!

It's funny that they would think that just because you are a female that the men would make you feel uncomfortable that never crossed my mind once. I suppose I am so used to working in an environment that women do a great job in that I just think it's normal for all jobs. I thought Andy was very good sharing what he knew and Neil played his cards close to his chest but was very calm and collected. Luke was young and that came across to me with some of his comments about the salary a few times although he was better than the other youngster from stage 1. I was really glad you were there it wouldn't seem right now if we are not going to be together all the way through. I think as a group we got on well and as far as competitive is concerned I defo didn't think we were it would have been hard work if nobody spoke to each other. I agree being off makes it even more nerve wracking especially as one of the guys from Tuesday has already heard but the other one hasn't.

She also said that she liked fact the guys didn't make me feel uncomfortable for being a woman. I said that never came into it! Kind of know what she means as would have felt harder to get talking if I didn't already know you!

I think it's worse because I'm off today so it's occupying my mind with other things!!! It's worse because although she said in the next week we would receive an email, that guy heard back next day!!! What did you think of the other 3 guys? Liked Andy and thought he was particularly helpful to us not sure the other 2 would have been. Neil was hard to warm to but reckon he did well and Luke was chattier then me but his age came across a lot when I spoke to him (nice but young). Was so glad you were there and do think as a group we were able to get on well. That's another comment that mini hitler said. Forgot to mention this but she said her and Mandy would randomly pop their heads through and were surprised how well we all gelled and that wasn't the case for most groups as they're very competitive. I just said we are all in the same boat and sharing the nerves!
