End to End journey on TPE

I would be interested how many passengers were there for the whole journey

Labour promises rail nationalisation within five years of coming to power

But as you say, your post is just one side of the coin and needs to be read in that context.

    Disused Blacon Railway Station

Northgate was out on a limb for BR but not really for people coming into Chester. For years the resulting car parking was my normal parking spot for visiting Chester

    Disused Blacon Railway Station

I think you mean Hawarden Bridge. 1713933149 I think you would go-bus/walk to Bache. Bache to Hamilton Square. Hamilton Square to New Brighton. 1713933236 Yes. And there would also be a lot of traffic from Heswall and Neston into Chester, avoiding the traffic jams.

Metro Mayor Steve Rotheram pledges to bring "trackless trams" to Liverpool Airport, among other places

Probably a statement about both actually. But a narrative that suggests that Liverpool John Lennon Airport was once big but Manchester Airport is now taking its trade and therefore its future is not at all accurate.

Metro Mayor Steve Rotheram pledges to bring "trackless trams" to Liverpool Airport, among other places

Well yes but Liverpool John Lennon Airport is still huge compared to several decades ago (when it had around six flights a day) because airlines and passengers have voted their feet, despite the points you make.

Catering/dining options on trains should be identical in First and Standard classes

First class with a thermos flask. Classy!

It's not just about consumer rights. It's about having an ethical consumer led mindset.
