My understanding is the reason for "enhanced results" is to make culling the vast numbers that apply for these roles easier without effecting your ability to try again in the future if you do not meet a specific TOCs standard but pass to national level.

I did the SJT M7 this tuesday in the arriva headquarters in swiss cottage if I pass that I will have to go to stage 2 to sit the VSE which would be in watford at the OPC.

Just email them back, I sat enhanced with freightliner and they qualified, however there are 2 tests that freightliner do as a pre sift online which I need to go and sit in person. An SJT and the VSE. Just be safe and send them your details to confirm.

I get what you're saying but these people would still have to sit stage 1 and 2 in person as well as the interviews, so duty of care would still be fulfilled. In regards to the application, someone else could still complete and do an SJT in its current format, in theory you would be adding...

Surely the hiring TOC's would benefit more from a stronger form of online screening. With both GA and Arriva there has just been an SJT which with common sense I would say that most people will pass. Whereas with freightliner I had to complete an online assessment of aptitude and concentration...
