I'm currently waiting in the Talent Pool to Start with Northern Rail on a Trainee drivers course - hopefully on 14th January.
I noticed from previous posts that you where placed in the talent pool with Northern earlier in the year.
Can I just ask, does being in a talent pool usually mean Northern offer a position, I know they did in your case?
Also, how much notice did Northern give you that you where being offered the job?
I'm currently waiting for them to get in touch and still need to go through a medical and have references checked. Time is ticking away and am starting to worry I wont be on the January intake!
