I agree, you'd think it wouldn't be up to them but it's still not 100% finalised - neither have the diagrams been agreed upon by all parties.

I know that at least one applicant has passed the DMI and psychs for the vacancy (there's likely more that I don't know about) but until you get the no thanks email you've a chance.
