    Your favourite road trips?

That's a pretty good trio! South Africa sounds amazing! 1627114797 That sounds interesting! While posting my original post, I forgot that I drove Dublin-Bundoran (North West coast of Republic of Ireland) and that was a nice trip. I found driving over there very civilised. It was interesting...

The overnight portion will be run top and tailed, so it’s possible they could split the rake down the middle with each 37 providing half of the ETS.

I’m at Meadowhall now and say 20% are wearing masks

    What's your latest acquisition?

There is a little room, but it would have to be a slim weight as otherwise the low profile could potentially interfere with performance over points :)

    What's your latest acquisition?

I’ve just had this one arrive after quite a long wait. It’s a very nice looking model although very light.

Anyone else still play Railroad Tycoon 3?

I agree; the game was slimmed down for the 3rd version. The graphics are better and I do find it easier to build track in 3 compared to 2 but other than that I’m happy with 2. I’ve never played Sid Meier’s Railroad’s. Interestingly, there have been some more railroad tycoon type games released...

Anyone else still play Railroad Tycoon 3?

It’s a good game but it has compatibility issues with windows when downloaded from Steam. News and updates on model railway products

We often complain about pricing on here, but I think it's worth pointing out the value for money offered by the J27; it's going at around £86 for analogue and £170 for DCC sound in places online, which is cracking for a tender locomotive.

I think you're being a little harsh, they are a relatively new traction type for LSL afterall. The main thing is the service was able to keep running.

19th July Lockdown Easing - Observations and Compliance

With this I quite agree. Many people are conveniently forgetting that recreational social interaction is a choice. It's quite possible to continue to take a shielding stance apart from for employment, if you don't wish to encounter people not socially distancing.

19th July Lockdown Easing - Observations and Compliance

Yes, but how does that matter to someone who is voluntarily wearing a mask but somehow expecting a permanent 2m bubble, when no such rule or guideline has ever existed for people wearing masks? Whatever you want to call it, it’s still an optimistic expectation at best.
