What about for qualified drivers?

Hey everyone Does anyone happen to know how often vacancies come up for these depots? Is there generally a good feeling around them and the like? Are they highly sought after or not so much? Thanks!

Is it possible to set up permanent lates / earlies as a driver, either with another driver doing swaps or whatever?

Fails are rarer, drop out rate by resigning is much higher.

Freightliner once put me through a SJT, an online test, both my psychometrics, then offered my an interview... Then I never heard from them again. That was years ago!

Personal experience is that trainees don't strike, but they don't come in either. So it's put down as study from home day - unless it's classroom based, then you still have to come in.
