Thank you for replying. I don't use social media, so I wouldn't be able to contact them that way. I've tried my luck and placed 3 of the tickets on one claim online (the other two were mobile tickets, and one the other people I was travelling with will make a claim with them) and I explained...
Just a quick question - There were 5 of us on the last train yesterday, which was 78 minutes late. When I come to put in a claim with Northern online, can I do all 5 tickets myself, and if so, do I put all 5 tickets on one claim, or would it be 5 separate claims?
