  • Hi

The interview is quite informal. You will be asked a few questions.

    My advice is.
    Dress smartly.
Ask some questions about the company and training.
When answering questions, always think about safety, rules and customer service.
We have about 18 female drivers and about 220 male drivers.
Any more questions then feel free to ask.
    Good luck with your application.
Hi Julie. Their are 3 short tests. Phycrometric tests they are, first one is a test where you have to find numbers, say 0.4, 0.02, 1.3, 0.46. As quick as you can put them into order say lowest first, you have like 8 mins to answer as many as you can. The 2nd test is reading paragraphs and answering questions on what you have read, it's multiple choice, again I think you have about 20 mins and the 3rd test is like a dot test but slightly different, you get a symbol and you have to find as many as you can on a page/pages that are filled with hundreds of different symbols. There's a few different ones to this test, the examiner tells you how long you have on each page for this one. They used to do full day assessments, where if you was successful on the day you would get an interview that day, but they stopped all that because it got too much,Try looking up psychometric tests online and practice Afew, it's not about speed, it's more concentration, but obviously as quick as you can!
