Im not safeguarded, and work for a TOC and RSTL have set up a site to buy PRIV's online and print off as an M-ticket or to collect at the nearest station.
This is one of my pet hates(pardon the pun) when checking tickets.. I ask them to take the Dog of the seat and if they refuse tell them I will change them under the AAA Rule,that normally get them off the seats
As has been said previously, get this reported to the relevant people asap, as the CCTV and downloads from the on board ticket machine are only saved for several days.
The people you claim that were giving u abuse etc,wouldn't be long in reporting you if you did this to them.

Not the Motherwell to milngave route, but these do cover the edinburgh to Ayr route hence the destination on the front of the unit

This can and does happen - I know colleagues whose spouses have been reported for misuse of privilege travel - not a nice position to be in. :oops:
This question cropped up when Our TOC introduced the Staff Smartcard for all family members, not a good idea as wee all now as when they swipe...
