I’m at IST now and would strongly suggest you only learn the classes of the trains. I tried to learn them all before I came and found it really hard. The other codes are taught as an when you learn the subject and it’s not hard. The classes of trains are used straight away

Hi I’m currently at IST. I’ve just read online that there’s a web based version of Hornby Junction that our trainers can give us a link to. Has anyone ever heard of it and do they have the link? Thanks a lot
Definitely stay if you can. You need 100% focus on the training and it would be hard if you had normal life to cope with at the same time - I’m on week 3 of IST at the moment
I'm starting IST on Monday but my LOM has other candidates who started 2 weeks ago. I was told that they were all off last week because whenever there's a BH, it's too difficult to catch up on the missing work that they always just give them the whole week off
