Just got an email through from WMT saying I am unsuccessful, hopefully others waiting who get nothing have got through. I never thrive in an interview environment and whatever changes or preparation I've done are not sufficient as that's my 2nd failure of the year (counting Freightliner too).

That's exactly how I felt it went, I'd arrived slightly early and they were ready to go. I was in my Chiltern uniform due to having to work as the interview was short notice, but I turned that to my advantage pointing out that I'd swapped shifts in order to not leave the team short on the day...

Despite asking for a bit of detailed feedback as to where I was let down in the interview after waiting 2 weeks for a response I got a slightly longer than a default generic "unlucky, lots of applicants" response. All the best for those still waiting and those treading water in the pool.
