I think you pretty much covered it, in the fact it's a good way to cycle stock as I don't think 700s get any maintenance at Gillingham Depot (or just very light & basic stuff).

The Guildford-Woking-Heathrow RailAir coaches are published upstream in systems, SWR just copy the RA2 timetable so it shows up in journey planners.
