So, to ask a slightly different question, but along the same lines (off-peak rather than advance)
If I wanted to travel from Wigan to London tomorrow at 08:09 (on the train which left Lancaster at 07:38 - off peak), could I buy an "off-peak return" from Lancaster->London and join at Wigan...
No, Northern's compensation specifically excludes season ticket holders, unless % punctuality over a given period falls out of target.

Quick question
Is anyone aware of any plan or requirement of Arriva to provide "Delay Repay" that many of the other operators provide.
The hour delay to my journey home from work last night (without any sort of recourse with me having an annual season ticket) got me wondering why we don't...

Cheers

My current season ticket expires on December 30th
Great info, thanks guys.

Hi
My annual season ticket is from Manchester Stations -> Maghull, and the route I usually take to work is either via Liverpool Lime Street or Liverpool South Parkway.
I was wondering, if it is valid for me to travel on Merseyrail via Sandhills/Southport, and catch the Southport ->...
