    At least you know now, I don't know if it was a case of my examples not being strong enough or was it that I didn't explain them well enough. It was hard trying to think of other examples on the spot. We know for next time, hope your enjoying your day anyway.

    Failed on working alone,obviously I need some better examples. Sure I can dredge some up from 27 years employment,remembering them is the thing!

    I got a reply straight away with OPC mind, I explained the situation and asked where I went wrong. Took a few minutes and she had the info there and then. I'll be back once I dust myself off.

    I rang OPC today, I passed above average on dots and reactions. I failed SI on 2 things, difficult problem (which I thought to be a strong example) and working alone which I do everyday. Obviously didn't get my points over well enough. I actually passed the question about standards, which I thought I had failed. She was a miserable little sod. Happy birthday for tomorrow and keep ye chin up.

    Yep,totally. I've rang Opc for feedback, no doubt I'll take time. Did above average for some of the tests ( she said), then must have failed the SI. No doubt we'll feel better shortly, I hope I don't encounter her again. Send u a friend request,I'll be trying again..keep in touch :)

    I felt bad for them too, esp standing talking where I'd passed assessments n 3 of them had failed by then. I mentioned codes of practice I work to in my job for the standards.I'm not at all confident,5-7 days I think they said to hear?

    She was tough, I tried always to get a smile out of her, but she was having none of it. Did you get asked about standards? I think this is what killed it for me, could I hell work out what she was trying to get me to say. Felt bad for the rest, long way to go to be sent packing. Fingers crossed for us both.

    I was in 1.5 hours,she gave me a proper grilling n, like you said,lots of repetition of the same question. She gave nowt away after, I hope I did ok but no pleasing her haha! No-one was there when I got out, I think the other lads may have failed. Thnx for asking, best of luck!
