Most TOC's surely have a beeter system than this one, Merseyrail's is very good, & you don't have to book 24 hours in advance, just turn up

I have applied for a Train Presentation job on days, & also Station Staff jobs, can anyone give me any ideas on the shift patterns please? As well as O/Time , if there is any.

Ihope that NWR get absolutely hammered for this, problem is as someone has already said, the taxpayer will end up footing the bill. As well as this, the poor track manager got blamed for everything in the original enquiry, which I think led him to have a breakdown of some kind

If you hav'nt got the money to purchase a ticket before you travel, then it's not the TOC's fault, people seem to think that TOC's as well as other companies are charities that can be paid whenever, just to suit the customer

The reason i asked the question about PTS cards was, the TOC that i work for advertised for shunters, & basically went through the motions, but knew exactly who they wanted, & the job went to someone externally who had a PTS card, so that they would'nt have to spend the money on training the...

Does anyone know where training can be done for a PTS card? The company I work for won't spend the money out for training as they see it as not worthwhile, i live in the northwest so if anyone can help with contact details, as i intend to do this course off my own back, i would be very grateful
