I am somewhat dubious as to the accuracy of these psychometric tests though having been involved with them in a previous job application.

I have just completed the situational judgement part of the application too but for the Dartford vacancy and unfortunately I have failed it. Luckily I am currently in limbo between two addresses at the moment so I intend to create another account for my other address and have another go.

I too am dubious (and frustrated) about the accuracy of these psychometric tests and find it very annoying that you never have the chance to argue your interpretation to anyone or challenge their justifications.

I know this is a long shot but is there any change you can tell me what answers you selected that passed the test please?
