I’ve just passed out on the mainline, you’ll enjoy it. There is a lot to learn with all the routes and traction you need to sign but it all clicks into place eventually.

Training usually lasts around a minimum of 9 months. Everyone will pass out at different times. As soon as you pass out you go up onto 90% of the full salary, this then rises to 100% after 2 years.

Was same for me before Christmas but I know of 2 guys that are splitting them this coming week.

They usually do it all on one day, but I know of a few people that are going down this week just to do the paper assessments then will have to go down again to finish off the computer ones. I'm not sure why they've changed it.

I heard after around 7 days as well. I know some people have waited longer tho.

Passed my medical this afternoon so I'll be starting on the 6th of January in cardiff. Genuinely can't wait to get started. Best early Christmas present I could have wished for.

We were given around 20 mins. I put mine down as bullet points. Just made it easier to read and keep track of. We were given our sheets back so we could see our answers.

Awesome. How did the girl get off who was with us for the assessment as. I'm guessing she passed!!
