Yeah I can imagine, I don’t want to over prepare. From what I’ve read am I right in thinking you get roughly 30 minutes to answer the questions/make notes and the interviewer goes through them?

I’m in the exact same position, the MMI had set questions I believe, but the CBI seems a lot more complex with a variety of questions. I’m not quite sure how to prepare for it if I’m honest.

Can anybody share their experiences of a CBI interview with the OPC? I’ve done an MMI before and I’m just wanting to know the differences, are there set questions etc? Am I best just going in with a few experiences to hand and using the STAR technique? Thanks Sammy
