Yes; the 358, 20:30 to Stranraer from Girvan was removed, however the Ayr to Girvan portion of the specific journey (58 departing Ayr at 19:20) was removed by Stagecoach themselves.
There is also no Scotrail service from Ayr to Girvan between ~18:30 and ~20:30 so there is no alternative form of...

I'm guessing Glasgow/Kilmarnock - Girvan/Stranraer will have 158's for a while once the 156's go. Electric services will probably stay 380's only for many years to come.
