1. Risk assessment
2. Health and safety
3. Risk management
4. Willing to learn.
5. Dedicated
6. Reliable
7. Calm when under pressure
8. Like my own company as well as being sociable outside of work

An example:

"If your train broke down and you couldn't acquire any assistance from anyone would you use a known off the record trick to get the train moving to save the company money on any delays and inconvenience to passengers?" If you answered "yes I would if it will save the company money", This would fail you.

The correct answer is: "I would consult any faults and failures documentation handed to me officially and try to rectify the fault using the correct procedure laid down by the company, I would not use any off the record tricks to get the train moving unless instructed to do so by a competent person" Safety always is a first priority.
