A green vehicle, presumably 0468, passed my house on the A70 in Balerno heading east about an hour ago. I assumed it was a positioning move to take up service on the 63 or 20, but bus times shows no sign of it. Any idea what it was doing?

Amazingly 66013 worked coal from Tees to Oxwellmains Dunbar today in MEA wagons …thought these had all gone . I understand it was a trial and I can’t ever recall Oxwellmains receiving coal before ?
