Frustrating that the timings of the Northern morning arrivals at Manchester Vic from Chester/Warrington (to Leeds) mean missing the connection by 3 minutes or a 50-minute wait.
Had my first run on a 777 yesterday (013).
10 mins late out of Chester, seemingly because of door problems. At Spital we were informed that it would run non-stop to Moorfields - maybe understandable, but odd not to stop at Hamilton Square for connections to New Brighton and West Kirby.
Can anyone say if it's possible to buy these in advance?
Specifically, using a DB credit voucher which expires in June towards the cost of a July card?
A quick query on this - is it necessary to nominate times for outward and return legs?
It doesn't seem to state so explicitly, just that changes can be made 'fee free'. I'd be sure of the time of my outward leg, but not the time of my return.
