Bid went in 5th June, initial modelling and catchment analysis suggest a reasonable demand forecast.
No major engineering constraints, timetabling still to be confirmed but will hopefully be 2tph.

How have you done the % operating in the top right? Is it simply number of services operating today/number of services in the May 20 timetable for each operator? Or is it based upon station calls?

Looks to be a fairly big reintroduction at least, only 4 pre-cancelled services in each direction between Liverpool & Newcastle.
Clearly still unacceptable and we await to see how many "unplanned" cancellations there will be.
Haven't the majority of the Northern changes listed on the NRE website already happened as part of the May 19 timetable change? Perhaps someone has uploaded the wrong text........
Has anyone heard any information/rumours about any applications? I'm assuming the DfTs inbox is fairly empty on this....?
