You're missing the point. People here do not sympathise with criminals nor do they encourage lax or careless behaviour in a railway context. They do, however, offer lawful advice and help.

I can see where you're coming from but, as others have pointed out, the main problem is combining clarity with the need to fit everything into a small enough space to be handled and understood easily.

Not so much in London though. I went to school in the Beulah Hill area in the early 1950s, including the Great Smog. It was quite educational to notice how the 137 bus from Battersea was able to speed up in the clearer air as it climbed uphill after Streatham to the sunny uplands of Beulah Hill...
