    Both track gauge and flangeway. Gauge widening is achieved by moving the inner rail away from the track centre line. Flangeway is increased by same amount to ensure the check gauge is achieved.

    They are Type S concrete bearers. There is a general arrangement REPW drawing available for either vertical or inclined rail. You can see from the pictures this curve has been gauge widened - 53 on top of the Schwihag BCR baseplate denotes flange way.
