Is this not different though as I think this one is for stations where trains terminate at where as the one you have linked is for all the stations served whether trains terminate there or not?

I have always thought a HS2 Liverpool service to Birmingham would be a good idea but would there be capacity on HS2 for this service once all the other HS2 services are up and running?
