  • Hiya, sorry I didn't see you had replied! Your message shows up as a visitor message rather than a personal message! Cangratulations to you too! It seems that you know a bit more than me at the moment. My medical is next week. Is it pretty laid back?
Did they say where the signalling school will be? - they hadn't got a clue when I spoke to them. I guess it depends on how many people there were applying - they had 6 vacancies at grade 7 and 6 at grade 9. Have you done all your references yet?

[email protected] (if that's easier than the forum!)
    Hey Flappy8

    Congratulations!

I applied for the grade 7 position at didcot, I had the call yesterday and arranged my medical for tomorrow in London at 11am.

I'm still in the process of filling in all of the paperwork! They told me on the phone our signalling school would be in late January but we would need to report to didcot at the beginning of January.
    Hiya Welsh1,

I saw the same yesterday for TVSC although they had added another IRC number to mine. Which job did you apply for? Your update does indeed mean they will call you (unless you've already had a call). They rang me today to talk through and arrange a medical date, although I couldn't speak with them at the time they phoned - I've arranged a time with them tomorrow.
