Yes it does, the enhanced TPWS unit in the cab gives a verbal indication that the system is working correctly when the driver opens up the cab with the EP key. Also if TPWS is activated it will also give a verbal warning to the driver if it’s for a SPAD or Overspeed. So not really a weak argument.

Yes basically the more senior you are you eventually get a line in the Top Link which will have all routes and traction rostered work in that Link for that particular depot.
A Link is basically a roster of drivers work. It contains a line of work for each driver in that link. There can be as many drivers as the company/depot wishes in a Link. A depot may for example have 3 Links, Link 1 for example will have all the routes that depot signs rostered in it. Link 2...

I think people are attracted to the money and don’t realise what’s involved to get it. Once the training starts they suddenly realise that a lot of work is involved and find working and studying for that money is just not for them.
