Old Oak Common to Bletchley diesel loco move?

Can anyone tell me how much Realtimetrains.co.uk should be trusted, is it accurate? Just that Im looking on there atm and theres a movement from Old Oak Common to Bletchley later through Hemel Hempstead and am curious, anyone know what it is?

Its as good as TRUST but does show everything even stuff that may not run
Realistically until the train reports you can't guarantee it'll run

Should have been 31233 and the ultrasonic test train (I think!), was out and about last night (Monday / Tuesday) as well.
