Looks like from September LM have extended this restriction on Saturday Super Off Peak tickets to services on the Birmingham corridor as well as the Trent Valley.

So travelling from RUG - WFJ cost me £20.80 for a Super Off Peak return yesterday, from next month its £26 for the Off Peak Return. As LM don't do Advance fares for this journey I'm left getting stung or trying to find alternative travel arrangements.

except for travel on the 18:05 service for customers holding tickets from London Euston for stations between Norton Bridge and Liverpool Lime Street inclusive and on the 18:46 Saturday service from London Euston to stations between Nuneaton and Liverpool Lime Street inclusive.
Should I be at all surprised to find that the LF code isn't used for Norton Bridge-London tickets in the first place? At least according to brfares - NRE doesn't seem to have a Norton Bridge timetable.
