Don't do alcohol, hate the taste. The closest to an alcoholic drink I've got is the shandy that's served as a fizzy pop type drink. Other that, the strongest I've had would be in food like chocolates or tiramisu. Hope you've had a good Christmas BTW.

Lager - Krusovice (The dark one, can't remember what it is called).

Ale - Titanic Plum Porter.

Spirits - Not really in to them but Captain Morgans spiced.

Wine - Again not a massive fan but don't mind a decent Valpolicella.

Cider - Frosty Jacks (Sorry, really not got a clue with cider as I never drink it at all so I picked the hobos favourite).

Non alcoholic - Inca Kola for its worrying colour and bizarre taste.

I'm not a real drinker mainly because of work. However when I do have the occasional drink I do like a nice merlot. Other than that I have to say Crabbies ginger beer goes down very well. :)

Not a huge drinker myself, but have taken to Pear Koppaberg (so yes, Perry) which I find quite nice

I'll also have the odd bit of wine here and there, but not much

I mainly drink Guinness or occasionally cider. Fully agree with the poster who mentioned Thistly Cross. Very rare for me to drink lager.

Spirits: Laphroaig (or any Islay), Jura, Johnnie Walker Black or ice cold Zubrowka (straight).

Actually I said I don't do spirits but the occasional ice cold Zubrowka or something similar is ace.

A nice whiskey or brandy after a meal, or in the evening with work.
Wines: I like deep reds mostly or sharp whites. Don't like port or sherry.

Am actually now drinking a bottle of Trooper brewed by Robinsons. The bottle is ace (Iron Maidens Eddie the Head). Last time I checked you can still get it draught at The Railway on Tithebarn Street in Liverpool. I believe that Bruce Dickinson helped create it, he is the vocalist of Iron Maiden, a real ale fan, a world class fencer and also an airline pilot! The bottle also includes some interesting info about the Battle Of Balaclava in the Crimean conflict and the Charge Of The Light Brigade.

My favourite alcoholic drink is a Cote du Rhone red wine from the west bank of the Rhone between Avignon and the Ardeche. The nice thing about my particular preference is that much of it is often astonishingly cheap and sold from industrial scale dispensers.
But more expensive wines from other countries or from elsewhere in France are frequently a dissapointment (a good Malbec excepted).

I've enjoyed a variety of real ales over the years, but few of them are consistently enjoyable. The only brandname which I've enjoyed over a significant period is Guinness.

Cider is my favourite, but I'm too young to buy my own drink, so mainly I have to put up with whatever I'm presented with/can get hold of :P

That's my favoruite ale alongside Old Speckled Hen ;) For anyone interested it's available in bottles from Morrisons and Sainsbury's, and also some select pubs nationwide. Certainly one of the nicer ales out there. I believe it's the first of series of ales Maiden are putting out, so watch this space!
