Do love this in the description:

As with much else on the Class 143, cab equipment is modest: climate control is provided by a small electric fan mounted on the right of the desk, which can be activated with a click of the mouse (though PC monitor technology does not yet allow us to recreate the cooling breeze that goes with it!)

I'm sure monitors will create more of a breeze than those fans!

Special attention has been paid to the ride quality, in particular the Pacer’s fondly appreciated way of bouncing merrily and rhythmically along the rails due to its unusual suspension configuration.
Proof you can polish anything.

In fairness, after my scepticism in the 'New Route' thread, the route looks a lot more detailed and accurate than I initially feared.

Indeed. And the promise of new rolling stock, not just a mere re-skin, also softens the blow at it being rather short. The later screenshots show a better product than some of the initial ones too.
