FGW advances to London during peak

FGW seem to have stopped offering advance fares on the fast peak AM trains from Taunton/Exeter to London. Does anyone know why?

What dates?
You might not be aware but there had been a bit of rain down there lately and the train service is up the wall!

I know all about the train service, and it seems for most if not all dates even in April and May!
