Took the plunge last night and applied for a senior retail manager role with XC based out of Newcastle. Just wondering what are they like to work for or have I made a mistake. Obviously I have to get through the selection process first, but i think I have what it takes with my Background in the Military and especially Customer Services. But they may count for nothing.

Do you mean Retail Service Manager? Know that ones's been advertised recently. Aye, they're reet. Keep your head down, don't do owt daft, do your job and you'll be fine. Best asset other than the standard maths/English is being able to work as part of a team. Good luck!
