Any photos of a Chiltern 165 on the Basingstoke or Greenford line?

This tweet was interesting...

Loving that @chilternrailway trains seem to have taken on lot of @FGW services to/from #Paddington and #Ealing - trains are SO much nicer!

Not on the Basingstoke line i'm afraid - as I posted in the Summer thread, It's easier for the Chiltern 165 to go onto the Greenford Shuttles as it can be supplied from Wembley Depot each Morning/Evening, which has in turn sent the Greenford Shuttle 165 up to the Bas - Reading branch. To use a Chiltern 165 on the Bas Branch would require the 165 to be sent over from either Aylesbury or Wembley via the GWML, not ideal with it's 75MPH max speed.

Not seen it this week, but i'll see if I can grab a photo of it during next weeks visit up to London.

On Thursday it was running on one of the Greenford diagrams, didn't get the number as I'd just arrived at Paddington and the first I noticed it was hearing it take off!

Chiltern ones were fitted with air conditioning years ago so that's probably why those are liked, even if you get a nice breeze through the open windows on their own ones (except if the train is wedged ;)).

Note the lack of opening windows and vents near the lights https://flic.kr/p/bpinUw
And extra vents on the roof https://flic.kr/p/eWjJBG
