Pardon me for taking the liberty of the screengrab below, but I had a real double take at 00:01:10 when I thought it really was going to go underground. I can honestly say I have never seen a locomotive apparently running without rails before! I had nearly signed the pledge until I realised what was going on.

Yes, the locos are fitted with third and forth rail pickups and can recharge on their way to a work site
