Explore Wales flexi pass validity

Hello,

Finalising a trip this September which will include this Welsh rover. I have my hotels booked.
I am doing the rover during the week.

I think all my days bar one will be starting after 0915.

The one day I think I might be able to get away earlier is my Cambrain coast trip.
I'll be starting from Shrewsbury.
The info doesn't mention Shrewsbury.
I can't quite make sense of exactly where the anytime valid is allowed?
Will I be able to get any train from Shrewsbury bound for the Cambrain coast or have to wait till 0915?

The Cambrian line is only excluded from the 9.15 rule beyond Machynlleth. So a start from Shrewsbury before 09.15 is NOT permitted.

Intriguing that the N Wales Rover day ticket is totally unrestricted on rail as well as bus. You could consider that, but an anytime single from Shrewsbury to Machynlleth is probably cheaper.
