Hi there!

I've got myself into a bit of a muddle and got these 2 stations confused.

Could someone please tell me where the Junction Indicators on these stations go to?!

I'm pretty sure the Junction Indicator on Platform 1 at Balham goes to London Bridge, but not sure about the 2 Junction Indicator's on Platform 3.

And I think Platform 1 at Selhurst goes towards West Croydon, but not sure about the 2 on Platform 3.

Thanking you!!! :D:D:D:D

I believe.. The junction indicator at Balham P1 signals you towards Streatham Hill (which can lead onwards to LBG), platform 3 signals to Streatham Hill and from the fast to slow lines.

Selhurst P1 the indicator takes you to West Croydon on the Selhurst Spur and on P3 I belive it's to West Croydon and from the Fast to Slow lines.

You'd better get a move on, the passengers are getting restless.

Hmmm... KSW2 table A SO500 only identifies those lines as up/down fast/slow at Selhurst, but follow them back to Clapham Jct and they are identified as up/down fast/slow Brighton. The Southern route pack shows them as up/down fast/slow Brighton. Can't find any reference to up/down Victoria unless you have another source?

I can definitely confirm that on my signalling diagram at work they are called the Up & down Victoria Fast/Slow lines and as such any COSS/PC requesting an LB without identifying the lines correctly, would get old heave-ho until they use the correct line designation, as there are quite few fast and slow lines around Windmill Bridge Jcn, it's best they get the right ones as labeled on our diagram so we are singing from the same song sheet. :D
